• Workshop Experience Passes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Workshop Experience Passes are non-refundable and have no cash value.
• Workshop Experience Passes may be used only for eligible Baltic Art Studio workshops and creative experiences.
• Workshop Experience Passes may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Baltic Art Studio.
• Reservations are required and subject to workshop availability.

Workshop Registration & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating, advance preparation of materials, and instructor scheduling, all workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least seven (7) days before the workshop may receive a one-time Workshop Transfer Pass, valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Workshop Transfer Pass Terms

The Workshop Transfer Pass:

• May be used toward another available Baltic Art Studio workshop.
• Has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
• Is non-refundable.
• May be transferred to another participant with prior approval from Baltic Art Studio.
• Expires automatically 90 days after issuance.

No refunds, transfers, or credits are available for:

• Cancellations made less than seven (7) days before the workshop.
• Missed classes.
• No-shows.

Because our workshops involve limited attendance, advance preparation of materials, and changing seasonal projects,

Workshop Transfer Passes and Workshop Experience Passes are issued solely for participation in Baltic Art Studio experiences and do not represent stored cash value.

If Baltic Art Studio cancels a workshop due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, participants may choose either:

• A transfer to another available workshop, or
• A full refund.
